eConvergent was a leading CRM (Customer Relationship Management) Application Service Provider. Their website was designed to appeal to the B2B target audience, so the design language used conveyed modern, strength and dependability.
I also integrated the site with their CRM software, offering such features as “live help”, and instant callbacks to the audience. The site was built with ColdFusion and MS SQL Server 7 on the backend, and managed via a custom Content Management System I built.
While there I also designed and implemented all of their collateral, datasheets, and white papers—bringing a strong sense of consistency to their audience.
